- Stage 1
Initial Interview
This is your initial 25-30min call with our Recruiting Team where we will discuss the position, and look to gauge the alignment between what we can offer, and where you're looking to go in your career. We will also clarify logistical details.

- Stage 2
Assessment Project
At this stage we will send over a project for you to complete. We will include instructions of what we are looking for you to achieve, and what we are evaluating.
Please read carefully through the different scenarios and deliverables you are being asked to complete. We will be assessing your ability to execute on tasks highly similar to the tasks you'll be working on if hired for the role

- Stage 3
1on1 Interview
This will be a 30min Interview with our Recruiting Team where we will dive into your skillset, resume, and previous experience. This will be in relation to the key responsibilities outlined in the Job Description
- Stage 4
Final Review
Our team (Recruiting team, Executive team & CEO) will review all of the information, interview recordings, and team diagnoses, and come to a decision on whether or not we would like to extend a formal offer
- Stage 5
Offer Extension
This is where we will formally offer you the position, clarify and agree terms, and discuss your onboarding journey
- Stage 6
Hired
You get started in the new position!
