Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Review

Once you've made an application, a member of our Recruiting Team will review your questionnaire answers and resume. From there if we felt you would be a good fit for the role, we will look to schedule you for an initial interview to discuss the position
Stage 2

Initial Interview

This is your initial 25-30min call with our Recruiting Team where we will discuss the position, and look to gauge the alignment between what we can offer, and where you're looking to go in your career. We will also clarify logistical details. 

All interviews will be held over Zoom, so please show up on a laptop/PC with a professional call environment 
Stage 3

1on1 Interview

This will be a 45min-1hr Interview with our Recruiting Team where we will dive into your skillset, resume, and previous experience. This will be in relation to the key responsibilities outlined in the Job Description
Stage 4

Executive Interview

This will be an interview with our Executive team. You'll be asked some questions on the role and your suitability for the position, and you'll also have the ability to ask and clarify any specific details pertaining to the role, company and what the future could look like with the company
Stage 5

Final Review

Our team (Recruiting team, Executive team & CEO) will review all of the information, interview recordings, and team diagnoses, and come to a decision on whether or not we would like to extend a formal offer
Stage 6

Offer Extension

This is where we will formally offer you the position, clarify and agree terms, and discuss your onboarding journey
Stage 7

Hired

You get started in the new position!
