Review

Once you've made an application, a member of our Recruiting Team will review your questionnaire answers and resume. From there if we felt you would be a good fit for the role, we will look to schedule you for an initial interview to discuss the position

Initial Interview

This is your initial 25-30min call with our Recruiting Team where we will discuss the role, and look to gauge the alignment between what we can offer, and where you're looking to go in your career. We will also clarify logistical details. 

All interviews will be held virtually, so please show up on a laptop/PC with a professional call environment

1on1 Interview

This will be a 30min Interview with our Recruiting Team where we will dive into your skillset, resume, and previous experience. This will be in relation to the key responsibilities outlined in the Job Description

Mock Call with Internal Recruiter

This will be a 1hr mock call with our Internal Recruiter. You'll be asked some questions on the role, although the majority of the call will be a mock interview where you will be interviewing the Internal Recruiter. We will send over details of the role you're hiring for and what we are looking for you to probe into during your call. The Internal Recruiter will be assessing your real-time abilities as a Recruiter

Final Review

Our team (Recruiting Team, Setter Manager, Sales Manager & Chief Revenue Officer) will review all of the information, interview recordings, and team diagnoses, and come to a decision on whether or not we would like to extend a formal offer

Offer Extension

This is where we will formally offer you the position, clarify and agree terms, and discuss your onboarding journey
